The BH Pink Squirrel is a proven Trout and panfish fly that combines the buoyant, buggy profile of classic squirrel-on-a-hook patterns with a subtle, fish-attracting pink hue; a dubbed or chenille body, and often a beadhead for added weight and head profile, it fishes well as dry drop fly excels on warm-water species in stained or clear water conditions where the pink gives extra visibility and triggers strikes—effective when stripped, twitched, or fished slowly on a dead drift, it’s a versatile staple in any warm-water fly box.
