Pacific Northwest Guide Series

The Pacific Northwest Guide Series flies are purpose-built patterns that capture the region’s diverse aquatic life and changing conditions, from high-desert tailwaters to mossy rainforest streams. These flies emphasize durable construction, realistic profiles, and versatile materials to imitate key forage—salmonids’ preferred nymphs, emergent insects, and regional baitfish—while withstanding heavy use from guide to client. Tied in a palette of natural greens, pumice grays, and rusty oranges, the series balances subtlety and attraction for picky trout and steelhead, making it an essential kit for any angler working the Pacific Northwest’s complex waters.
